As a CSR I serve as the main point of contact for PIP. I work with customers on all levels of the job completion process, from generating accurate estimates to working out job specifics. I also generate sales by upselling and cross selling products and services. I also work to maintain customer retention by providing customer service that is effective, personal and most importantly polite.

During my internship with ECU's Office of Undergraduate Admissions I worked to implement marketing plans by creating content for print, online and social media use. While there I helped to spearhead a project that encouraged communication between the colleges and schools at ECU and the Admissions Office. I also assisted in planning and executing Admissions events such as the Fall and Spring Open House, which attracted thousands of students and their families to East Carolina's Campus each semester.

Blue Ridge Hospice

Blue Ridge Hospice is a non-profit organization that provides end of life and palliative care to patients. While there I worked closely with the development team to create plans that would garner support from the community. I maintained the donor database and reached out to members of the community for annual gifts to the hospice. I also planned and worked major fundraising events such as the 30th Anniversary Gala, golf tournaments, and the Volunteer Recognition Dinners. I also maintained the organization's social media presence and wrote for the quarterly employee newsletter.
